We’re looking for a driven and customer-focused Account Manager with strong managed services experience and a solid understanding of telecommunications to join our growing sales team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building strong client relationships, driving new business, and managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals.
What you’ll be doing
* Manage and develop an existing portfolio of key accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships with a focus on engagement and satisfaction.
* Respond to customer queries, ensuring their needs are met and accounts are managed effectively.
* Hold regular check-ins, business reviews, and QBR meetings with clients to analyse needs and suggest relevant solutions.
* Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow accounts and increase profitability.
* Negotiate contracts and terms in line with customer requirements.
* Collaborate with technical and service delivery teams to ensure seamless solutions are delivered.
* Work closely with marketing to create targeted campaigns and expand the customer base.
* Maintain an accurate 3-month pipeline, ensuring reliable forecasting and meeting sales targets.
* Attend industry events, webinars, and networking sessions to stay on top of market trends and generate new leads.
