This role will be employed by TLP (secondment to Toyota (GB) PLC) We’re looking for a Product Marketing Coordinator to join the Lexus Product Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional to build their career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll support product launches and contribute to a wide range of activities, drawing on your experience in digital, communications, and website management, ideally bringing a strong interest in product marketing. The role is well-suited to someone who is highly organised, proactive, and has exceptional attention to detail, with a passion for bringing products to market and delivering exceptional customer experiences. What you’ll do Provide administrative support to the Lexus Product team, including systems input, updates, document publication and go to market strategies. Support vehicle launches and lifecycle management alongside the Product Manager. Maintain and update key product and pricing databases (A2P, CarDB, VPS) used for websites and invoicing. Coordinate with product-related agencies and ensure smooth communication across Toyota departments. Publish product information (price lists, technical data) for Centres, industry partners, and agencies. Compile price lists for Centres, partners, and customers. Proofread marketing collateral to ensure accuracy. Manage grade line-up and modal creation with Lexus Europe. Act as the first point of contact for product-related enquiries (internal and external). What you’ll bring Marketing background – digital, communications and website set up. GCSEs (minimum), ideally A-Levels or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Confidence working with systems, databases, and documents. Clear communication skills, both written and verbal. A proactive, collaborative approach to work.
