Family Engagement Manager
As a Family Engagement Manager, you will manage Pact’s family engagement casework within the prison, organise Family Days periodically, and liaise with our subcontractors in the Visits Centre.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have a demonstrable capacity to coordinate a broad service, along with experience and understanding of working with families in a challenging multi-agency environment, ideally involving offenders and/or their families. You will also possess excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a demanding workload. Additionally, you should be able to contribute to the planning and development of Pact’s family work and have knowledge of safeguarding/child protection practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to build partnerships with a range of agencies.
