Design and Technology Teacher
A large secondary school based in Slough are looking for a design and technology teacher.
School are looking for someone to start in September on a long term or permanent contract.
This position is full time but school are open to part time applicants. Working hours are from 8:30am to 3:30pm.
Salary will match London fringe MPS/UPS.
School has available parking spaces.

* Deliver engaging design and technology lessons, enabling students to develop practical skills in areas such as product design, engineering, and materials technology.
* Support students' academic progress by encouraging creativity, problem-solving, and innovation through hands-on learning.
* Guide students in designing, making, and evaluating products, ensuring a strong understanding of the design process.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students are motivated to achieve their full potential.
* Contribute to the wider school community and uphold high expectations for behaviour and achievement.

Qualifications and Person Specification:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* A relevant degree in design and technology or a related subject
* Excellent subject knowledge with the ability to inspire and motivate students
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Approachable and encouraging
