Role: Senior / International Account Manager

Salary: up to £75,000 plus bonus!
Ready to take your account management skills to the next level? We’re looking for a seasonded International Account Manager who is a relationship-builder, sales guru, and beauty industry expert! You’ll be our clients go-to for managing key accounts, developing strong partnerships, and driving growth across all channels internationally!
What You’ll Do:
* Lead International Accounts: Manage and grow key partnerships with global retailers, distributors, and e-commerce platforms across EMEA.
* Drive Global Sales: Create and execute commercial strategies that maximise sales, visibility, and brand presence internationally.
* Strategic Negotiation: Own commercial negotiations and secure long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships in overseas markets.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams — from marketing and operations to logistics and supply — to ensure aligned execution across regions.
* Market Analysis & Reporting: Monitor sales performance, analyse data, and adapt strategies to local market trends and consumer behaviours.
What You Need:
* 5+ years of experience in international account management or sales, in the beauty industry is essential for this role.
* A vast knowledge of the EMEA region including both retailers and distributors.
* Strong relationship-building skills and a knack for closing deals.
* Experience working with national retailers and understanding retail processes.
* Sales-driven, strategic thinker with an eye for detail.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
