The Construction Managerrole: Reporting to the Project Manager, you will lead a team of Section Managers, Package Engineers, works staff, and subcontractors to deliver the projectto the highest standard of safety and performance. You will ensuretechnical compliance with contract documents, specifications, anddrawings You will oversee the timely executionof operations in both pre-construction and construction phases,occasionally acting as Project Manager during periods of illness orholiday. You will manage interfaces between internal departmentsand external agencies, such as Architects, Engineers, Construction Workers, Sub-contractors, Client agents, Clerk of Works, and Site Staff You will identify and mitigate programmerisks while addressing any shortcomings in our processes orsystems.
