Established in the early 2000's, the company has grown significantly, employing over 300 staff across 4 sites, 3 in Hortonwood and 1 in Halesfield, producing products for some of the UK's major retailers, including Aldi, Lidl, Co-Op, and Home Bargains.
The Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Stock Controller to join our busy Supply Chain team. You'll support the Inventory Manager in ensuring stock accuracy across our ERP system, warehouse, and 3rd-party logistics providers. This role is split between office and warehouse, so you'll get hands-on experience in both environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Process completed works orders
* Create outbound delivery paperwork
* Investigate and report stock discrepancies
* Manage stock movements and ensure accuracy
* Coordinate cycle counting & stock takes
* Manage aged stock processes
* Ensure ERP system data matches 3rd-party logistics records
* Support the wider Supply Chain team with day-to-day admin tasks
About You
* Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehousing environment
* Background in stock control / cycle counting
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Proficient with Microsoft Excel
* SAP B1 experience is an advantage (training provided)
* A keen eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure
* Team player with the ability to also work independently

Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
