Responsibilities:
* Support the Conveyancing Team by assisting with files and taking ownership of tasks when required, ensuring smooth progression of matters.
* Deliver exceptional client service by handling routine and complex enquiries professionally, seeking guidance when needed to ensure client satisfaction.
* Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external contacts, including estate agents and solicitors, ensuring messages are conveyed clearly and promptly.
* Draft legal documents such as completion statements, accounts, and correspondence, contributing to the efficient handling of domestic conveyancing work.
* Uphold the firm’s values and behaviours, demonstrating professionalism and integrity in all interactions.

Experience in property administration is desirable but not essential.
