Lighthouse Executive are delighted to be partnering with a growing, commercial business located in Essex to recruit their first in-house, HR Business Partner on a permanent basis.
The company has ambition growth plans and although they are an SME size organisation now, they plan to expand at pace over the next 5 years. They recognise that in order to achieve their business objectives, that their people need to also grow with them and so the HR function needs to build in strength as well.
Ideally, the HR Business Partner will have a generalist background with experience operating in a similar sized, commercial business to ensure their advice and guidance works well with their business goals and culture. The position is also ideally a full time post, working Monday to Friday in the head office. The successful candidate will be working with the company supporting the full employee lifecycle, from Recruitment, through to Employee Relations and Training on HR policies and procedures.
The position reports into a senior member of the commercial team but will have the support of an external HR Consultant/Interim HR Director who will be on-site once a week.
