We are looking for an ambitious graphic designer to join our friendly team and work across a great portfolio of clients to develop content. If you are a proactive, creative team player and thrive on variety, we want to hear from you.
This role will be based in Glasgow. We are currently hybrid working (three days/week in the office, two days/week at home). We will consider part-time options.
It will include:
* Translating client briefs into engaging, on-brand design assets across print, digital and social media platforms
* Managing briefs from concept development through to graphic design, print and production on time and on budget
* Keeping clients and account teams up to date on work in progress
* Working closely with account teams to accurately price responses to client requests
* Supporting the creative briefing process and encouraging best practice among colleagues
* Developing knowledge and understanding of clients' brand guidelines and preferences and applying these to all design outputs
We are looking for someone with:
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. Working knowledge of Canva is also beneficial
* A passion for design and keeping on top of new trends and developments
* Confidence in presenting creative concepts and rationale to colleagues and clients
* A can do mindset who shows good initiative
* Great time management and organisational skills to ensure studio deadlines are met
* The flexibility to work across multiple formats, styles and sectors
* Around 5 years experience, ideally with some agency or freelance experience
