We're now looking for a Creative and Campaign Lead, to work in our Manchester HQ.
Key roles and responsibilities:
* Lead the end-to-end development of brand campaigns, from initial concept through to execution and delivery.
* Drive art direction and storytelling, ensuring all creative output is visually compelling, innovative, and aligned with brand identity.
* Align creative vision with brand values and business objectives, translating strategy into impactful campaign narratives.
* Collaborate with marketing, buying, e-commerce, and other teams to ensure cohesive brand expression across all touchpoints.
* Deliver integrated campaigns across multi-channel platforms, including paid media, website, social, and email
* Act as Lead Art Director – overseeing casting, styling, and on-set creative direction to bring the brand to life.
* Partner with our copywriter and strategists to develop original, insight-driven concepts that engage and inspire audiences.
* Provide hands-on creative direction during shoots and production, ensuring the highest quality of visual and brand storytelling.
* Lead, mentor, and develop the in-house Graphic Designer and Studio Lead, fostering a collaborative culture of creativity, growth, and excellence
Skills required:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in creative lead role or in Art Direction
* Experience within an ecommerce department, ideally in a fashion business
* Creative, curious and brand-obsessed, with a passion for the fashion industry
* Track record of delivering impactful, multi-channel campaigns
* Strong eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency
* Familiarity with digital advertising formats and video editing
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability and agility to multitask, prioritise and work as part of a small team
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
* Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Our culture is important to us.
* Experience in apparel retail (DTC essential, B2B welcomed)
* Ability to work in a changeable environment in a business that has grown at speed and continues to evolve its processes, structures, and working environment; must be willing to adapt.
