Allstaff Office Division are delighted to bring to the market the role of Temporary Administrator / Receptionist to cover a variety of dates across multiple sites in Glasgow.


Main Responsibilities:

* Front-of-house reception and greeting visitors.
* General administrative support and data entry.
* Customer service and switchboard operation.


Experience Required:

* Previous experience in a reception or administrative role.
* Confident in handling telephone enquiries.
* Competent in Microsoft Office.
