Your mission Convert customers and maximize revenue, from onboarding new prospects to nurturing existing customers. Manage businesses end-to-end through our customer journey, providing industry-leading service by exceeding expectations. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with small businesses. Become an SME and business lending market expert to help them achieve their goals with iwoca's support. Adhere to our compliance framework, ensuring fair treatment for all customers. Collaborate effectively with teams across iwoca, including Sales, Underwriting, Collections, Quality Assurance, and Partnerships, to deliver the best outcomes for customers. Drive business improvements through structured feedback, ensuring an optimal customer experience across all touchpoints. Requirements We value smart, humble, motivated individuals who are always seeking improvement. Ideally, candidates will have: Proven experience in customer relationship management. Consultative sales skills to understand customer needs and match suitable products/services. Experience explaining complex products and services clearly. A strong record of exceeding KPIs and driving performance. Excellent communication skills, a great telephone manner, and a passion for customer satisfaction. The salary In Leeds, the salary range is £30,000 - £37,000 plus bonus (OTE 20%). In London, it is £34,000 - £41,000 plus bonus (OTE 20%).
