Job Description:

Join us as a Project Delivery Lead of the Group. Our projects span across England and Scotland, and we’re excited for the continued growth and expansion of the business! Be the driving force of the transformation.
Are you a master of organisation, a natural problem-solver, and a champion of turning plans into reality? If you’re looking for a role where no two days are the same, where you’ll drive real impact in healthcare services, and where your skills can truly shine, then this is the opportunity for you!
We’re seeking a proactive and dynamic Project Delivery Lead to mobilise and implement projects that will transform and strengthen our services across England and Scotland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage transformation projects within the NHS or similar sectors.
* Mobilize new services, partnerships, and growth opportunities.
* Oversee the development of detailed project plans, resource allocation, and risk management.
* Foster strong relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
* Have experience, ideally leading successful transformation projects within an NHS organization or similar setting.
You will have a strong background in leading organizational change initiatives, including the mobilization of new services, partnerships, or growth opportunities. The candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to create detailed project plans, and the capability to allocate resources effectively. Additionally, strong analytical skills are essential to identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. While a deep understanding of NHS services—particularly primary and urgent care—is not essential, it would be advantageous.
As a leading provider of General Practice and Urgent Care Services, we’re proud to partner with the NHS to deliver high-quality healthcare to communities across the UK. From mobilising new services to driving organic growth and forging partnerships, we’re constantly evolving and we need you to help us make it happen!
Who You Are
* A Project Management graduate (e.g., PRINCE2 or similar certification)
* A Project Pro: Experience in project delivery and transformation projects within an NHS organisation or similar (essential); experience leading organizational change initiatives, including mobilization of new services, partnerships, or growth opportunities (desirable).
* A Master Organiser: Your to-do lists have to-do lists, and you thrive in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
* A Knowledgeable User of Microsoft 365 suite
* A Clear Communicator: You can translate complex ideas into simple plans and ensure everyone is on the same page.
* A Natural Leader: You’re confident taking the reins, inspiring teams, and keeping everyone focused on success.
* Adaptable & Resilient: You’re ready to embrace change, adapt to new challenges, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Note: This is a Group-wide role, and travel is expected to all services across the Group. Your base will be Bank Top Farm, Black Hill Rd, Otley LS21 1PY, with regular travel to services.
Benefits of Working With Us:
* Competitive salary based on experience
