This is a great opportunity for a qualified tradesperson to work on a variety of residential and commercial properties.??? Key Responsibilities:
* 1st and 2nd fix carpentry work
* Fitting doors, skirting, architraves, and kitchen units
* Repair and maintenance tasks across occupied and void properties
* Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations
? Requirements:
* NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry (or equivalent)
* Proven experience in property maintenance or similar roles
* Own tools and PPE
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
?? Location:
* Vale of Glamorgan - property maintenance across multiple sites
?? Pay & Benefits:
* £22.00 per hour
