As a Product Trainer, you'll join the IFGlobal Academy to design, deliver, and optimise training for BladePRO and HubSpot. You'll empower teams and clients to use our platforms confidently, drive results, and ensure learning aligns with our values and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver engaging, learner-centric training for BladePRO and HubSpot, including digital modules, facilitator guides, job aids, and virtual experiences.
* Collaborate with subject matter experts across product, engineering, operations, and HR to ensure content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with company values and global operations.
* Curate and manage learning paths, onboarding programs, and upskilling sessions for internal teams and clients, adapting content to specific roles and use cases.
* Facilitate workshops, simulations, and knowledge-sharing forums in virtual and in-person formats to promote collaboration and peer-to-peer learning.
* Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies, 3PL/WMS/SCM trends, AI, and HubSpot updates to ensure training reflects current best practices.
* Assess learning needs, evaluate effectiveness using feedback and metrics, and recommend improvements to maximise learner outcomes and business impact.
* Manage training logistics, LMS coordination, resource maintenance, and reporting on participation, completion rates, and impact to the SLT.
* Support internal teams and clients with HubSpot, guiding usage, troubleshooting, and sharing best practices to optimise workflows.
Salary and Benefits:
* Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (FTE) - Dependent on experience
