Our aim is to work closely with our valued clients to ensure our service delivery is exceptional at all times. An exciting opportunity has arisen at EDSB. We are seeking to employ a Customer Services Administrator to work in our Leeds office, supporting our Sales team. The role will include, but not be limited to the following: Client Management ensuring retention and increase of their fire and security spend. Understanding the clients individual needs and addressing these accordingly. Develop an individual sales plan for each client, building rapport with clients to ensure long term revenue growth. Respond promptly to quotation requests and any client queries. Take ownership of the client in all aspects relating to the administration and sales and delivery process, ensuring the client is given the highest level of customer service. To always represent EDSB in a professional manner. Meet agreed targets on a monthly basis. Ensure Quotebank is updated weekly. Arrange for external CRMs to visit clients premises to promote new products and inform them of any changes to EDSB that will benefit the management of their account. Support the external CRMs with administrative tasks. Liaise with Engineer Attendance and Service Management to resolve any client issues. Required Skills: - Ability to communicate clearly at all levels. - Good attention to detail and commercially astute. - Customer focused approach. - Ability to plan and organise across all aspects of the role, be able to plan and prepare and conduct effective sales calls and meetings. - Excellent organisation, written and numerical skills. - Excellent timekeeping and time management skills. - Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and react to rapidly changing circumstances. - Willingness to go the extra mile. - Self-motivated and a team player, demonstrating professionalism, positivity and proactiveness. The role is full time and is office based. Working hours are 08:30 to 17:00 with a 45-minute lunch break. Salary will be discussed at interview stage.
