Job Summary and key responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Refurbishment & Estates Managers
* Completing the life cycle of works completed from invoicing to raising and chasing works orders
* Liaising with contractors to ensure KPIs are met
* Arrange audit visits for tenanted properties
* Maintaining and creating documents in excel, where necessary
* Sending out regular communications to residents
* Liasing/chasing contractors for start/finish dates
* General chasing to ensure compliance in place
What are we looking for:
* This role requires a self-motivated and organised individual who can use initiative to solve problems.
* Exceptional customer service skills and effective communication both verbal and written.
* IT literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
* Experience of general administration would be a significant benefit to the role.
* Must have ability to work from both home and Head Office in Reading
