This role owns and leads the strategy and delivery of a flagship brand, while supporting a wider brand portfolio. You’ll shape medium‑ to long‑term growth, bring the business on the journey, and inspire strong brand guardianship across teams. Key Responsibilities
1. Own and deliver annual brand plans aligned to a longer‑term strategy
2. Use consumer insight, category trends and competitor analysis to unlock growth opportunities
3. Bring brand strategy to life for key partners through compelling, standout presentations
4. Lead agency partners to deliver consistent, high‑impact activity across all channels
5. Drive innovation, launching seasonal and limited‑edition products from concept to market
6. Manage a rolling 3‑year innovation pipeline and day‑to‑day product lifecycle
7. Shape and execute a digital and social content strategy to boost engagement
8. Oversee brand P&L, marketing spend and ROI, identifying opportunities to optimise profit
9. Work cross‑functionally with operations, NPD and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery
10. Support the development and evolution of the brand as a scalable franchise proposition
About You
11. Degree‑level (ideally business or marketing related)
12. 3+ years’ experience managing and growing a brand, including launches and campaigns
13. Confident working with agencies and cross‑functional teams
14. Commercially astute, organised and solutions‑focused
15. Passionate about brands, consumers and delivering results
