Responsibilities and duties of the Maintenance Engineer role
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager you will:
* Plan and coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance activities across the plant
* Supervise contractors and ensure maintenance work is completed safely, efficiently and to the required standards
* Support the planning and delivery of routine maintenance, outages and reactive work
* Monitor maintenance performance and provide feedback to improve reliability and availability of plant equipment
* Ensure all maintenance activities comply with site safety procedures, policies and statutory requirements
* Raise, track and close work orders within the site CMMS system
* Liaise with operations, engineering and support teams to ensure effective maintenance planning and execution
