The Opportunity We are seeking a driven and dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our Facilities Engineering Desk. You'll be working with both established and prospective clients, offering full 360° recruitment services with strong support from our dedicated London-based Resourcing Team. Key Responsibilities Client Development & Management: Build, maintain, and grow client relationships across the Facilities Engineering sector. Business Development: Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth through proactive outreach and strategic networking. Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job briefings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, client submissions, and offer management. Candidate Engagement: Source, qualify, and nurture high-calibre candidates using multiple channels—internal CRM, job boards, and social platforms. Collaboration: Work closely with the resourcing team to ensure timely and accurate candidate delivery. Market Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends and talent challenges, providing consultative insights to clients.
