Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent, full-time
Location: Initially based in Camberley, relocating to Bourne End from November

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled EA & Office Manager to become the right-hand person to a dynamic entrepreneur supporting two growing businesses. This is a pivotal role for a proactive, detail-driven individual who thrives on ownership, momentum, and being one step ahead at all times.

You will play a central role in keeping the businesses running smoothly, acting as the operational backbone while also supporting the Directors day to day, sales and customer service activity.

Key Responsibilities

* Act as the entrepreneur's trusted support and operational partner, anticipating needs and driving efficiency
* Oversee day-to-day operations across both businesses
* Support sales and customer service teams with:
o Preparing and managing quotes
o Travel planning and coordination
o Organisation of schedules, meetings, and priorities
* Improve processes, systems, and workflows to support growth
* Ensure nothing drops, from details to deadlines
* Handle ad hoc operational and administrative tasks with confidence and discretion
