Our fast-growing client is on the lookout for a Contact Centre Training Manager! This dynamic role offers you the freedom to design and deliver innovative training programs, boost skills for new and existing reps, and lead a cutting-edge Quality Assurance strategy. With potential offshore collaboration and a supportive team, you’ll work alongside VPs, Team Leaders, and outsource providers to drive excellence.
What You’ll Do:
* Create engaging training (product knowledge, call-handling, digital skills)
* Lead workshops and coach reps to success
* Create and manage induction training
You Are:
* A contact centre manager with 2+ years’ experience
* A training & facilitation expert with a passion for people
* Data-savvy, adaptable, and a problem-solver
* Experienced with across Omnichannel environments
* Bonus points for travel/loyalty experience
What you’ll receive:
* £45,000 salary
* 20% annual bonus
* 26 days AL
