Associate Electrical Engineer – Building Services ?? Reading (Hybrid)
The Role
* Lead electrical design delivery across multiple projects
* Oversee technical outputs including calculations, drawings, and specifications
* Manage and support project teams, ensuring quality and efficiency
* Act as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders
* Contribute to project planning, resourcing, and commercial performance
* Mentor and develop junior engineers
About You
* Degree/HNC/HND in Electrical or Building Services Engineering
* Strong consultancy background with experience delivering projects across RIBA stages
* Proven ability to lead projects and manage client relationships
* Strong technical knowledge of electrical design including lighting and distribution
* Experience with AutoCAD/Revit
* Chartered or working towards Chartership
