Key Responsibilities Develop and lead SEO strategies tailored to diverse client goals and industries Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting Implement on-page and off-page optimisation best practices, including link-building campaigns Perform technical audits and recommend improvements to boost site performance and crawlability Utilise tools like GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Tag Manager to drive data-informed decisions Monitor and report on key SEO metrics and KPIs, offering actionable insights to clients and stakeholders Present clear strategies and performance updates in client meetings Mentor and develop a direct report, providing guidance, feedback, and support Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the agency’s SEO services, tools, and methodologies What You’ll Need Proven experience managing SEO campaigns within a digital agency or similar environment Strong grasp of technical SEO, content optimisation, and performance analysis Confident using industry tools including GoogleAnalytics 4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and more Analytical mindset with a passion for converting data into growth strategies Effective communicator who can engage with clients and lead performance discussions Experience managing or mentoring junior team members UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (for occasional client meetings) What’s on Offer Competitive salary circa £40,000 (DOE) Performance-based bonus scheme Private healthcare Additional holiday on your birthday Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 from home A supportive, inclusive, and growth-minded company culture Looking to make a real impact in your next SEO leadership role?
