What you’ll be doing
as a Charges Coordinator
1. Being the first point of contact for internal and external queries, ensuring clear and professional communication.
2. Collecting and organising data to produce reports that support the team’s operations.
3. Keeping company records accurate and up to date using internal systems.
4. Ensuring business processes are followed correctly and efficiently.
5. Working closely with different teams and stakeholders, acting as a professional representative of the company.
What you should bring to the role
6. Experience in a similar administrative role with planning or coordinating.
7. The ability to interact professionally with colleagues, customers, and business partners.
8. Strong organisational skills to maintain accurate records.
9. Confidence in using office software to manage data and produce reports, and a reasonable level of numeracy to support reporting and data management.
10. A proactive approach to understanding and applying knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
11. Experience with streetworks and relevant systems (such as Street Manager, GIS mapping software or systems like Oracle) is highly desirable.
What’s in it for you?
12. Hourly Pay rate: £14.26 per hour.
13. Expenses: Excluded.
14. Location: Clearwater Court, Reading. The team currently work hybrid and work in the office one day a week.
15. Length of assignment: 26 weeks.
16. Required Start date: TBC.
17. Hours: 8 am to 4 pm: Monday to Friday.
