Electrical Technician

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our Clients team. This role will play a crucial part in maintaining their properties and corporate estate and be a lead to other Technicians in the team.
Day-to-day of the role:
1. Act as the first point of escalation and support to workplace technicians, overseeing and supporting the delivery of routine maintenance both internally and externally.
2. Liaise with the planned maintenance and compliance coordinator to manage the BAU workload of the technician team, ensuring efficient resource deployment and prioritisation of key tasks.
3. Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems, diagnose and repair electrical issues, and carry out installations.
4. Maintain accurate records, provide detailed reports and certification, and ensure safe systems of work are in place.
5. Assist the Workplace Manager - Technical in delivering regular toolbox talks, training, and knowledge sharing.
6. Ensure 3rd party contractors are programmed, supervised appropriately, and adhere to approved risk assessment method statements (RAMS).
