Recruitment Coordinator
Location: Watford
Salary: £28, - £32,
Working hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (1 day work from home)
Are you a highly organised individual with a keen eye for detail? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! Join our client as a Recruitment Coordinator in Watford. You'll play a vital role in ensuring the recruitment process is well-structured, accurate, and moving at a brisk pace. ️
Responsibilities:
1. Own recruitment administration for high-volume hiring.
2. Use Workday to post roles, manage applications, and guide candidates through each stage.
3. Schedule and coordinate interviews seamlessly with candidates and hiring managers.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data at all times.
5. Provide support to the recruitment team and hiring managers on queries and processes.
6. Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-critical roles.
7. Engage with applicants to ensure a positive experience and address their queries.
8. Participate in recruitment events and career fairs when required.
9. Keep recruitment trackers updated and ensure data accuracy.
10. Handle recruitment invoicing efficiently.
What You'll Need:
11. Background in a recruitment environment.
12. Experience using Workday is highly desirable.
13. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
14. Professional communication skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholders.
15. A structured and process-driven approach to work.
16. Excellent relationship-building skills.
17. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
18. Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
