Here at Serco we support the development of the RAF’s next generation of aircrew, engineers and air traffic controllers through our contract with the Air Cadet organisation. We maintain and manage their fleet of gliders, and as one of our Aircraft Engineers, you’ll play a key role in keeping these aircraft operational and in the air.
