Key Responsibilities of the KS2 Teacher: Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum that meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEND and EAL. Use adaptive teaching strategies and inclusive practices to engage pupils and promote strong progress and outcomes. Collaborate with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and pastoral staff to ensure consistent and individualised support. Create a safe, respectful, and stimulating learning environment that promotes positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing. What We're Looking For: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential. Proven experience teaching within Key Stage 2 in a mainstream or inclusive primary setting. Strong understanding of differentiated instruction, with experience adapting teaching for children with SEND and/or EAL. A nurturing and reflective practitioner who values relationships and understands the importance of building trust with pupils.
