You'll be working with students aged 5 to 19 with Autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH). This full-time role is ideal for passionate individuals who want to support children with complex needs in a nurturing environment.
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll support teachers in delivering engaging, differentiated lessons that promote academic, social, and emotional development. You'll work closely with students on a one-to-one or small group basis, helping to implement individualized learning plans and strategies. You'll also collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, including therapists and psychologists, to ensure the holistic wellbeing and progress of each child.
