We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to play a key role in driving operational excellence within our sales and marketing teams, ensuring seamless execution and optimized processes as we scale.
What You'll Do:
* Support the sales team by managing quotes, liaising with procurement teams, processing orders, and governing contract and licensing renewals
* Assist with deal support, including coordinating RFP responses and sales pursuits
* Maintain reports to track sales performance, revenue trends, and customer engagement insights
* Collaborate with finance to ensure accurate commission calculations and reporting
* Drive sales excellence by orchestrating bid reviews, win/loss analysis, and sales enablement meetings
* Oversee data hygiene and CRM system optimization to improve efficiency and accuracy
* Provide administrative support for Microsoft engagement and ensure adherence to sales processes
* Support training coordination for the sales and marketing team alongside the Sales Enablement Manager
What You'll Need:
* Experience in a sales support, sales operations, or revenue operations role
* Proficiency in CRM systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics, with a strong focus on data management and accuracy
* Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and revenue optimization, preferably using Power BI
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
* Strategic thinking and a proactive approach to driving process improvements
* A passion for technology, ideally within Managed Services or Professional Services
