About this role:

As a Branch Manager with Dawsongroup, you’ll lead your branch to deliver great service, support customers with smarter solutions and make sure the operation runs safely, efficiently and profitably.
What you’ll be doing:
* Running the branch with a clear focus on customer relationships, operational standards and commercial performance.
* Leading and supporting your team so they can achieve strong results while keeping everyone safe.
* Working closely with sales and support colleagues to provide a reliable, professional hire experience from start to finish.

* Confidence leading a small team and supporting their growth.
* Comfort in a customer-facing role and an interest in building long-term partnerships.
* A steady approach to managing processes, prioritising workloads and keeping administration accurate.
* A full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK.
* Experience within rental, transport, automotive or commercial vehicles is useful but not essential.
