What’s the role about?
As part of our Retail team, you’ll join our London store as a Sales associate. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the team in achieving sales and operational objectives.
What you’ll be doing?
* Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
* Assist customers in finding products that suit their needs and preferences.
* Provide detailed product information and recommendations.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
* Achieve and exceed personal and store sales targets
* Utilize effective selling technique to maximize sales opportunities
* Encourage additional purchase though thoughtful spelling and cross- selling
* Maintain a clean, organized and visually appealing store environment.
* Assist the store manager in implementing visual merchandising plans and promotional displays.
* Replenish stock and ensure products are displayed according to company standards.
* Work closely with team members to achieve common goals
* Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions
* Support colleagues and contribute to a positive and productive work environment
* Assist in opening and closing the store, ensuring all procedures are followed.
* Perform inventory
* adhere to company policies and procedure to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment
What you’ll ideally bring to the role?
* Passion for premium or luxury product
* Previous experience in a customer-facing environment
* Be able to see things through the customer’s eyes and body languages
* Excellent customer service skills
