This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional to join the finance team and play a key role in supporting strategic business decisions. Key Responsibilities * Oversee the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in line with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. * Lead the annual budgeting process and prepare financial forecasts, monitoring performance and providing detailed variance analysis. * Manage cash flow and liquidity to support operational and investment requirements. * Conduct financial planning and analysis, including profitability reviews, cost control initiatives and risk assessments. * Lead, develop and mentor the finance team, ensuring high standards of performance and professional development. * Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements and internal policies. * Coordinate and support internal and external audits. * Identify opportunities to improve financial systems, processes and reporting capabilities. * Oversee tax planning and compliance, working alongside external advisors where required. * Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and key stakeholders. About You The successful candidate will be an experienced finance professional with strong leadership skills and a proactive approach to financial management. You will be confident working with senior stakeholders and capable of translating financial information into meaningful business insights.
