Service Delivery Manager
Location: West Midlands
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 + Bonus + Company Car or Allowance
Our client is a rapidly expanding business within the Energy sector, they are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join their growing leadership team. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing operational performance across the business while supporting a period of exciting expansion.
This position will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, improving productivity, and developing strong leadership across Planning, Scheduling, Quality and Campaigns. The successful candidate will provide valuable leadership to Team Leaders and build a structure and team capable of supporting increasing workloads.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day operational delivery across planning, scheduling, and outbound dialing teams
* Drive productivity, efficiency, and service performance across the business
* Mentor, support, and develop Team Leaders within each operational area
* Build and scale teams to support a growing workload
* Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions as issues arise
* Help introduce and embed new processes, procedures, and operational improvements
* Work closely with the Managing Director to support business growth and strategic objectives
* Ensure effective coordination with field-based teams and maintain smooth operational workflows

* Proven experience managing planning and scheduling operations within a business supporting a large field-based workforce
* Strong organisational and operational management skills
* A natural people leader and motivator with experience developing team leaders
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
* A proactive problem solver who can quickly address operational challenges
* Experience improving processes, systems, and service delivery structures
