Job Summary
The EPR Data Consultant will work alongside our International Compliance Advisors/Consultants to ensure high-standard international data submissions. Responsibilities include manipulating and collating data under various country regulations, such as waste packaging, electrical and electronics waste (WEEE), batteries, and textiles. The candidate will develop knowledge of environmental waste compliance regulations and ensure all data obligations are met.
They will work closely with Compliance Advisors/Consultants to ensure data compliance with legal requirements and maintain high service standards for clients. The role requires confidence working independently and in a team, offering opportunities to develop within a growing service.
Key Accountabilities
Management Of Data For Allocated Accounts
* Coordinate with account managers to ensure data accuracy and timely submissions
* Collaborate with the UK data team for quality assurance
* Gather necessary environmental data, including weights
* Verify data received from clients for completeness
* Support suppliers via phone/email as needed
Data Cleansing And Maintenance
* Become proficient in using the EPIC software system
* Format data according to country-specific regulations
* Regularly check and improve data accuracy
* Analyze data for trends and insights
Maintain knowledge of international environmental regulations, working with Compliance Advisors to understand data requirements and account obligations. Perform data checks to ensure accuracy and continuous improvement.

* Review and improve existing procedures
Skills
* Advanced IT skills, especially in Microsoft Excel (VBA or other coding skills preferred)
