Service Manager vacancy in Colne

1. Basic salary of £35,000 with an OTE of £42,300

Duties of the Service Manager include:
9. Overseeing all service and diagnostic processes to ensure high standards of customer service
10. Leading, coaching, and developing the service team to meet and exceed KPIs
11. Recruiting, onboarding, and performance managing service advisors
12. Ensuring compliance with brand standards, health and safety, and GDPR regulations
13. Monitoring performance metrics such as labour efficiency, sales, and costs
14. Creating targeted service campaigns to maximise revenue
15. Analysing customer feedback and competitor activities to improve service offerings
16. Fostering a positive dealership environment and promoting team collaboration
17. Attending manufacturer training sessions and internal meetings to stay informed of industry standards
Requirements for the Service Manager role:
18. Proven experience at a supervisory or managerial level within an automotive dealership
19. Strong leadership and team development skills
20. Knowledge of manufacturer service standards and performance KPIs
21. Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
22. Ability to interpret performance data and implement improvements
23. Full valid UK driving licence
24. Experience working with workshop controllers and senior service advisors is highly desirable
