Sales Manager High-Tech Automation & Vision Systems
Oxford area (Hybrid potential) | £60,000 £70,000 + benefits
Were working with a seriously impressive company at the forefront of industrial automation and machine vision tech. These guys are not just shifting boxes they are building smart systems that help manufacturers across the globe inspect, guide, and automate with precision.
They are now on the lookout for an experienced Sales Manager who can lead from the front managing a motivated team, driving pipeline growth, and working closely with engineering and marketing to deliver solutions that solve real-world challenges.
What You'll Be Doing:
Leading and mentoring the internal sales team and field reps
Taking charge of inbound leads and ensuring they are followed up and converted
Collaborating with engineering to put together smart technical proposals and demos
Getting proactive outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, the works
Building relationships across sectors and geographies (UK + international)
Working with Salesforce to keep your pipeline sharp and organised
Contributing to sales strategy, outreach, collateral, and events
What Were Looking For:
7+ years in a technical sales, business development, or customer-facing role
Ideally from engineering, industrial automation, or inspection systems background
A natural relationship-builder and confident communicator
Experience managing a small team or hungry to take that step up
Strong commercial acumen + a genuine interest in tech
Degree-educated (Engineering, Business or similar preferred)
Full UK driving licence and happy with some travel
