Great Earnings Potential :
£14.50 per hour plus £52 per sleep in (average 5 per month)
What You'll Do as a Senior Support Worker
Be a positive role model to the children and your team, leading by example with empathy, consistency, and integrity
Take an active role in creating and maintaining a safe, stimulating environment
Support children who may have experienced trauma, with behaviours that challenge with compassion and strength
Contribute to and lead on key working, risk assessments, and care planning
Guide and mentor junior staff, promoting best practice across the home
Assist the Registered Manager and Deputy in ensuring high standards, policy compliance, and quality assurance
About You

Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
Solid knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations (2015) & Ofsted requirements
Experience with children/young people with autism, learning disabilities, or behavioural challenges
Resilient, calm under pressure, and skilled in de-escalation
Confident communicator, strong team player, and IT proficient
Willingness to work a shift pattern including weekends, evenings, and sleep-ins
