2+ Years PQE

Up to £45,000 DOE
Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Criminal Duty Solicitor to join a well-established, boutique law firm. Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors, Barristers or Legal Executives with at least 2+ years’ experience in Criminal Law. As we are a partner led firm, we can offer opportunities for a flexible approach to working.
Responsibilities
\t
* Dealing with a varied caseload of matters and providing advice to a variety of clients.
\t
* Attending the police station, and providing advice and advocacy in the Magistrates Court.
Requirements
\t
* Ideally you will be Duty qualified and have proven technical experience managing your own caseload of criminal related matters, as well as conducting your own advocacy.
\t
* Ideally looking for 2+ years’ experience in Criminal Law, but open to applications from all of levels of experience.
\t
* Must have experience of representing clients at the Magistrates Court and the Police Station.
\t
* Ideally you will be located within Greater Manchester.
