We are seeking a dedicated Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in the Worthing area. This is a full-time position with an immediate or upcoming start.
The Role
* Working alongside class teachers to support children in KS1.
* Delivering targeted support in phonics and early literacy.
* Assisting with small group work and 1:1 interventions.
* Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
