Responsibilities
* Build relationships with schools and education providers
* Source, screen, and interview candidates for teaching and support roles
* Write and manage job adverts across multiple platforms
* Match candidates to suitable vacancies and coordinate placements
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safeguarding standards
Qualifications
* A recent graduate (any discipline) with strong communication skills
* Passionate about education and making a positive impact
* Organised, proactive, and eager to learn
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
* A team player with a professional and approachable manner
