RSR are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Sandwell for a Housing Disrepair Claims Manager.
This is a full time, temporary contract initially for 3 months and offers a pay rate of £25.13.
Main Duties:
* Triage all claims for disrepair and in conjunction with our legal team ensure each claim is addressed via the most appropriate route
* Develop performance monitoring processes to ensure repairs and associated actions related to disrepair claims
* and damp and mould reports are managed effectively through to completion.
* Responsible for ensuring that cases are properly assessed by technical experts and legal teams in a timely manner.
* Manage all documentation related to each case, provide disclosure documents as necessary and ensure payments are processed in conjunction with the legal team.
* Support and coordinate activity between various teams, external stakeholders & customers to ensure work is completed to legislative standards and follows Legal Disrepair Protocol
Essential Requirements:
1. Experience within similar field
2. Experience of managing a team
