Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Right Search Recruitment has partnered with a client seeking a passionate and experienced Deputy Hospital Director to join their team.
This permanent role involves leading clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure high-quality healthcare delivery. You will also deputise for the Hospital Director and attend key meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide effective leadership within the hospital.
2. Manage budget responsibilities alongside the Hospital Director.
3. Safeguard the well-being of service users, staff, and visitors.
4. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and statutory requirements.
5. Handle regulatory notifications and Serious Untoward Incident (SUI) investigations.
What You Will Need:
* Experience as a Registered Nurse with an active NMC Pin.
* Background supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
* Ability to manage multiple issues in a dynamic environment.
* Knowledge of the healthcare economy and political landscape.
* Understanding of statutory regulations.
* Ability to oversee and deliver site projects.
