This is a newly created role for an experienced Project Manager (Saas) to join an industry-leading Healthcare Technology company.
Due to extensive demand for the Product and Services, they now want to expand their team with the addition of a highly experienced Project Manager (SaaS).
The person in this role will be asked to:
* Manage end-to-end project delivery, from planning to handover.
* Create and maintain project plans with clear scope, timelines, and resources.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure delivery against milestones.
* Act as the main point of contact for internal and external comms.
* Lead key meetings and track progress, addressing any delays.
* Manage risks, issues, budgets, and scope changes.
* Ensure alignment with project standards and processes.
* Provide accurate forecasts on timelines, revenue, and resources.
* Support enterprise delivery alongside Engagement Managers.
* Contribute to delivery improvements and best practices.
* Complete closeout activities, including documentation, feedback, and handover.
And should have:
* Proven track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and to scope.
* High customer satisfaction and repeat business.
* Accurate forecasting of resources and revenue.
* Strong project governance and reporting.
* Proactive risk and issue management.
* Collaborative across teams and stakeholders.
* 5+ years in software/SaaS project delivery.
* Experienced in managing multiple tech projects.
* Solid grasp of SaaS lifecycles and team coordination.
* Skilled in budgeting, resourcing, and forecasting.
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
* Confident leading without direct authority.
* Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methods.
* Experience with PSA tools (e.g. Jira, Teamwork, Forecast).
* PRINCE2, PMP, or similar certification.
