Agincare is seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Support Workers to join its Enable services in Bourne, Lincolnshire. This role focuses on delivering person-centred outcomes for individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health, and complex needs.
The successful candidate will encourage independence, support daily living activities, and provide positive behavioural support while working as part of a team and using initiative.

Key Responsibilities

* Support activities of daily living (social activities, personal care, routines, meal preparation, budgeting)

* Provide positive behavioural support where needed
* Keep accurate records and report changes in health or circumstances to management
* Work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum of 12 months on right to work in the UK
* Enthusiasm, strong people skills, and proactive approach
* Commitment to supporting individuals with complex needs
* Experience in care or support roles (not mandatory)
