Overview:
V3 are partnering with a busy logistics company based in Portsmouth looking for a reliable and proactive Administrator to join their dynamic team. This role involves a combination of administrative duties (60%) and hands-on support in the warehouse (40%).
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing courier communications.
Book in paperwork with drivers and ensure all delivery and collection documents are accurately recorded.
Investigate and resolve queries relating to missing or delayed pallets.
Maintain accurate records in company systems and databases.
Assist in coordinating daily warehouse operations and support stock control when required.
Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth logistical operations.
Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and document management.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a logistics or warehouse environment is preferred.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Comfortable working both in an office and a warehouse setting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
A proactive attitude and team-oriented approach.
Working Hours:
Full-time, Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
