Recruitment Consultant – HR Desk
Location: Nottingham (Hybrid – 3 days in the office, 2 from home)

Following the recent appointment of Amy Frost to lead our HR division, we are now expanding our HR offering and are seeking an experienced recruiter to join our Nottingham headquarters. This role offers the opportunity to step into a warm, UK‑focused HR desk with an established client base and strong existing relationships.
You will work closely with Amy to further develop the desk while delivering high‑quality recruitment solutions to a loyal client portfolio. The role requires someone who can work at pace, manage competing priorities, and build long‑term partnerships with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop a warm HR recruitment desk focused on the UK market
* Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships
* Deliver end‑to‑end permanent recruitment solutions
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within the HR space
* Manage a fast‑paced workload while maintaining high service standards
* Work collaboratively within the wider HR and professional services teams
