Technical Coordinator

Our client delivers quality and unique housing developments is looking to strengthen the technical team and appoint a Technical Coordinator to manage key information, engineering, and working drawings to enable residential developments to be delivered as intended.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the sites from design stage to post-completion, in line with delivery programme
2. Coordinate information from consultants, subcontractors and site team
3. Manage and collate planning, building control and NHBC information
4. Manage and oversee the technical coordination of the architects, engineers and M&E
5. Undertaking value engineering / ensuring buildability
6. Co-ordinate submission of designs and securing technical approvals for agreements such as S104, S38 and S278
7. Attend and chair pre-start meetings an
8. Assist the land & planning teams with the information to discharge of planning conditions
Suitable candidates will possess the following:
9. New Build residential experience
10. HNC/D in a construction-related subject
11. Good level of IT Literacy
12. Can communicate clearly with confidence at all levels
13. Good time management
14. Commercially aware
15. Proven ability to coordinator technical information
